Events must be a right fit and one’s she is passionate about.
Gives something of value away at the events-i.e. calendar magnet. Obtains information on all people who participate in her events.
Sits on 14 non-profit boards. Joins only if she’s passionate about their cause.
Goes to Real Estate offices 4 times a month-realizes people want to see her.

At the start he didn’t want to do loans.
Produced 10 touch systems implemented to reach his strategic goals.
Important part of his system is to insure follow up and to build trust.
Gets in front of as many people as possible.
Writes post meeting follow up. Learn much and make changes when necessary.

Currently doing re-fi calls to clients.
Asks questions. Has a script for each type of call.
Stays in touch with post-closing calls.
Makes a 5-minute call once a year to past clients.
