The Basics - A Personal Recipe

 
 
 

One of the greatest gifts coaching has revealed to me is my personal recipe to be the best version of myself.

It may seem silly, the basics. The things we have been told our entire life are important. Each of these is worthy of their own deep dive. For me right now any one of these being off by just a bit can have a tremendous impact on my life, my energy, how I respond and ultimately how I experience each day. I track these daily, and when one is off, I can tell, and I can quickly get back on track.

  1. Nutrition – how am I fueling my body?

  2. Sleep – quantity AND quality

  3. Exercise

  4. Who I allow in my space and invest my time with

  5. Oxygen and breathwork
